| Prof. Dr. Andy Peters |

| Andy is Managing Director of ARPEXAS Ltd., a consultancy company for new product development. |
|
He is also Chief Scientific Adviser to the Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines (GALVmed). He has a part time role with the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, University of Edinburgh as Director, Translational Research. Until December 2005 he was Head of European Vaccine R&D with Pfizer Animal Health. Between 1993 and 1998 he was Professor of Animal Health and Production at the Royal Veterinary College, London and previously Regulatory Manager with Hoechst Animal Health. He is a member of the UK Veterinary Products Committee and of the DEFRA Advisory Committee on Releases into the Environment (ACRE).

He is a veterinarian with PhD and DSc degrees in animal science and currently holds a special professorship with the University of Nottingham. He has published some 145 scientific papers and two books.

Sudhir is Senior Vice Present at SUN Group-Global. SUN Group-Global is a principal / private equity investor with approximately $1.5b investment across geographies of Russia, West Africa, India.
Between 2001 and 2005 he worked with McKinsey. His target sectors include pharmaceuticals/healthcare, oil & gas exploration and production. At Sun Group, he is responsible for private equity investments and post investment portfolio management.
He is a Computer Engineer from University of Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad. |

Santosh is President of Intellevet and brings rich expertise in veterinary service delivery along with deep understanding of technology implementation.
He has more than 6 years of cross functional experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals, poultry management, microfinance and rural banking. Between 2001 and 2004 he worked with government sector to deliver veterinary services at poor livestock owner’s doorstep. Until November 2009 he worked with ICICI Bank. He successfully led portfolio buyout and other initiatives of ICICI Bank.
He is a Veterinarian and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from IIM Ahmedabad. |

He is a veterinary graduate with Masters in Veterinary Science from Indian Veterinary Research Institute. He is a Phd in econometrics and market research from IIM Ahmedabad
