Andy is Chief Scientific Adviser to the Global Alliance for Livestock Veterinary Medicines (GALVmed) and Managing Director of Arpexas Limited.. He is currently also Vice President, Animal Health at AspenBio Pharma USA.

Until December 2005 he was Head of European Vaccine R&D with Pfizer Animal Health. Between 1993 and 1998 he was Professor of Animal Health and Production at the Royal Veterinary College, London and previously Regulatory Manager with Hoechst Animal Health He is a member of the UK Veterinary Products Committee and of the DEFRA Advisory Committee on Releases into the Environment (ACRE). He is a Veterinarian with PhD and DSc degrees in animal science and currently holds a special professorship with the University of Nottingham.

He has published some 145 scientific papers and two books on Vaccines for Veterinary Applications and Reproduction in Cattle respectively.

Sudhir is Managing Director for Suntera Energy India. Suntera operates two oil and gas exploration blocks in onshore Nigeria, with existing discoveries.

Previously, with SUN Group, he was responsible for private equity investments and post investment portfolio management. SUN Group is a principal investor with more than $1.5 billion invested in private equity opportunities, focused on oil & gas, mining, real estate, and fund management. Between 2001 and 2005, he worked with McKinsey & Co, where he worked on projects mainly in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare and energy verticals.

He is a Computer Engineer from University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Santosh is President of Intellevet and brings rich expertise in preclinical research, veterinary clinical trials, and animal health along with deep understanding of technology implementation.

He has more than 6 years of cross functional experience in animal health, pharmaceuticals, poultry management, microfinance and rural banking. He has extensive exposure to preclinical research in animal space at European countries. Between 2002 and 2004 he worked with government sector to deliver veterinary health services. Until November 2009 he worked with ICICI Bank and led portfolio buyout initiative for 2007-08 along with different product functions.

He is a Veterinarian from Odisha Veterinary College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
