2. We will strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to animal treatment and welfare

3. We will endeavor to minimise animal discomfort and stress.

4. We will adopt necessary measures to ensure that our professionals and processes meet standards of animal welfare.

5. We will encourage employees to report any misconduct or failure to adhere to this ToR.

6. We will strictly follow this ToR and in case of any violation, we will take appropriate remedial and disciplinary action.
